2020 Online Casino Scam! How much do you know about it?

Everyone Hates Online Casino Scam!

Im a typical malaysian chinese that often drive few hours to genting just to "fix my crave"

But then, due to MCO being implemented few weeks back. I could not even get out from my house

So Im always on social media like Facebook, etc etc

One day, I scroll-thru my facebook and saw some article related to covid-19
(OR SO IT MAY SEEMS)

But then it turns out to be some advertisement of some online casino name XXclub (The real name starts with Q)

Since Im a seasoned gambler myself and Im pretty good at roulette & texas hold'em

and GENTING isnt available right now

I was thinking, should I still believe on online casino? (before this i got scammed twice!)

Ok then so I clicked in their interface and the first thing i saw is "TRUST Malaysia Online Casino"

I was like :"wah... if everyone say trusted means they are trusted meh?"

SO I turned into Sherlock Holmes and "deduce" whether their website is legit or not
i seacrched "xxclub+scam" 

Turns out....
the first few result displayed shocked me
"xxclubs is a scam..."

"xxclub.com is scam .1st i make deposit he proses very fast but cannot claim bonus 100percent .when i win money 1603,but maximum withdrawal 500..."

With my urge is tickling, i had to look for another online casino to play with

I manage to find some website that is completely legit (yeah not the scamming type)

But most of their website are written in mandarin and its not very user friendly for a "Banana" like me

Some of the legit sites are:
-ECLBXT
-RXyal77
-U996.com

Personally, I chose U996.com because:
-ECL & 77 English sites are full of chinese words (not suitable for "banana")
-Actually I submit my application to all of them 3, but u996 is the fastest to response to me
-Although their interface look childish, but I like how they kept it simple

Before I make a deposit, I asked about their terms & condition about withdrawal ahead before any problem arise (because remember the incident from xxclub?)

Apparently, their bonuses are up to 100% (sometimes 150% on certain games)

But Confucius says :" There is no free lunch". 

Of course there are certain threshold for withdrawal if you take their bonuses (applies to all online casino, just some casino has higher barrier)

So... I decided not to take their bonus, yet they are very kind to let me know that I require to rollover at least twice the amount I deposit (which is make sense)

Tips to discover "Fake Casino"

1. Very Low Barrier Of Entry & Withdrawal

Let me be straight, all sorts of casinos are making huge profit
They are not interested in small amounts such as Rm 5,RM 10 or RM 20 at all
Therefore, a "real" online casino will at least have RM 50 minimum amount of deposit.

Based on my experiences, there is a lot of scams that seems too good to be true
You'll want to avoid the companies that offers minimum top up RM 20 & below
because most of the time, you will never get a reply after you banked in.

My case: As I've been cheated twice with some "companies" before, it causes me to have trauma when topping up credits.
Even my 1st time with U996, Im still skeptical as ever and the first thing I did after my first topup is I checked if the credit is credited to my account or not. I waited 15 mins and I received my credit later, I was relieved.

2. Ridiculous Promotions

This is a common trick that most scammer will use to hook all those people who "miraculously" believe that their luck blossomed (every gambler does isn't it?)

Promotions offered by the scammers looks something similar like this:
Masuk 10 dpt 25
Masuk 100 dpt 250
Masuk 1000 dpt 3000
Janji senang cuci, kompeni x kencing

I know its not very convincing, but somehow some people just believe it！

My case: I got conned twice is because Im a cheapskate previously, I dont put much hopes in online casino before I play with this online casino...so I was cheated RM 10 twice.

3. Their websites

Fake casinos don't have actual websites, most of the scammers ask you to deposit via whatsapp and telegram. Some scammers bring it on to the next level, they use someone else's website and ask you to make a deposit to their account before they can "create an account" for you

Of course I will never forget xxclubs (well-known online casino) scams
So, be sure to do some research before you start
Or you can use the same online casino that Im playing now

My case: After I got cheated, I will never directly bank in to a person again
Therefore when Im looking for a platform to play with, I make sure that I can top up directly on that website (which ecl, rxyal and u996 allows the players to topup by their own)

4. Take a look on their facebook page

Most victim of scams will leave a bad review on the casino's facebook page
On a side note, avoid all those newly set up facebook pages as they got no history for us to refer
Try to play with casino that has at least 2 years of history.

My case: Some new pages will create a lot of fake accounts to create an impression of good review. But its pretty obvious, so be sure to check their profiles and report it.
